Most of these are "regional overviews" of the centralized geographic name I gave these models; as those without a date contain lots of "over edge" coverage. For example. the VNS-Model of WHITE CAP MOUNTAIN, MAINE contains both Mount Katahdin and Moosehead Lake; and the VNS-Model of LAKE MOOSELOOKMEGUNTIC, MAINE is actually the entire Rangley Lakes Region. The 3D Nature “Visual Nature Studio” (VNS) Models contain U. S. Geological Survey (USGS) 30-meter digital elevation models (DEMs) or outside the U. S., Japan’s ALOS/AJAX 30-meter DEMs, EROS Landsat Thematic Mapper (TM) or derivitive outside the U. S., as Google map server source where cited, and for the Continetal U. S., USGS National Land Cover Data (NLCD) and components from 3D Nature's Visual Nature Studio (VNS).
